ok, ok,
no creo poder escribir mucho acerca del concierto, porque estoy haciendo mi tarea de R.I., el viernes tengo exámen de Ideas (gulp!) y el lunes de Mate (double gulp!) u_u, pero aqui dejo al menos una embarradita...
lleguamos al WTC por ahi de las 3:40, me había quedado de ver con la Lilly a las 3:30, pero el estúpido tráfico me impidió llegar a tiempo u_u, pero ahí estaba todavía con su hermana. Nos formamos por ahí de las 4:30 p.m. a esperar a que abrieran las puertas, cosa que no pasó casi hasta las 6:45 p.m. Pasamos a la ya famosa revisión y subimos al segundo piso, donde está el Salón Mexica (que esta todo feo, pero wueno...) A las 8:00 tocaron los Dynamites. Se suponía que ellos iban a subir al escenario a las 8:30, ya todo estaba preparado, pero como empezaron a dejar pasar ya tarde, aún quedaba un friego de gente afuera a esa hora (incluyendo a la Moni!!). Ya porfin a las 9:30 se apagaron la luces!! yay!!! y la gente se puso como desquiciada loca (tambien nosotras ahahhhha)
Fué una de la mejores experiencias de mi vida, me cuesta expresar con palabras lo que sentí cuando vi esas luces rojas sobre el escenario y mi amado Banks dijo "hola!" y se escucho el riff de Next Exit y todos cantamos "we ain't going to the toooooowwwn, we're going to the city...". Fué algo supremo! y luego le siguió Slow Hands (que fué cuando el piso se empezo a mover bien cabrón con el peso de 7000 personas brincando!)

y ayer avisaron que el segundo concierto fué cancelado
"Thank you for not kicking the manager. The band has only ever cancelled 1 gig in their entire career and even that was difficult. They have played through illness and injury because of their dedication to their fans. But when the safety of the fans becomes an issue as it has in this case, we have to be very careful about what we do. As soon as we have any further information we will announce it. The promoter, booking agent and I have been working all day on how to solve this problem. All I can say for certain is that the show will not happen tonight as planned. The band was thrilled with the response of the fans at last night's show and everybody is disappointed about what has happened. Please be patient and we will come back with news shortly.
